Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the WeeTraack mobile application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
WeeTraack is provided for personal and non-commercial use only. You agree to use the app in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
You may not:
- Misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its functionality
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code through the app
Subscriptions
WeeTraack offers two subscription plans:
- Monthly subscription
- Yearly subscription
Subscriptions provide access to premium features while active. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store in accordance with their terms and policies. View RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Free and Paid Features
Some features of WeeTraack are available for free. Premium features require an active subscription.
The developer reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.
Advertising
The free version of WeeTraack may display advertisements provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob.
The content of ads is controlled by the advertising provider, not the developer. Your use of the App is also subject to AdMob's privacy practices. View Google Privacy Policy.
App Availability
WeeTraack is provided "as is" and "as available". The developer does not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free. The app may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
The developer is not responsible for:
- Data loss caused by device issues
- Interruptions or errors in app performance
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the App
Use the app at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for damages arising from your use of the App.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the app, including design, code, content, the WeeTraack name, and logo belong to the developer and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the app without permission. No rights are granted except as expressly set forth in these Terms.
Termination
The developer may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
The latest version will be posted on this site and will indicate the date of the most recent changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
